Cancellation & Refund Policy

We get it—sometimes plans change, and that’s okay. At Zango, we’re committed to making your experience smooth, even when it comes to cancellations or refunds. Here's everything you need to know:


🔄 Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Just drop us an email at support@zango.in with your order number.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. But don’t worry—you can still initiate a return once it’s delivered (conditions apply).

💸 Refunds

  • For Cancellations: If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • For Returns: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment method and bank processing time.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, overuse, or accidental breakage will not be eligible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Any free gifts or promotional items

🔁 Replacement Policy

Got a defective or damaged product? We’re on it.
Email us at support@zango.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. If verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement at the earliest.
